Question: Are your handbags and accessories authentic?

Answer: Yes they are. They all come with authenticity cards, and are purchased in Milan Italy. To import these products into North America, we have to provide customs with declaration of authenticity from the original manufacturer.

Question: What are your shipping charges?

Answer: We ship for free within North America. We ship over seas for an additional charge of $35. We will also ship priority courier for an additional $35 charge.  For more details check out our shipping information page.

Question:  Can I pay with my credit card?

Answer:  Yes.  Right now there are 2 ways.  1.  You can pay through Pay Pal, and use your credit card there.  2. You can give us a call in the store, and we can take your order over the phone.

Question:  What are your hours?

Answer:  We are open 11am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.  If you need to come at another time, just give us a call or an email, and we can arrange an appointment for you to come in.
